Be Encouraged

I decided to spend Mother's Day with my mother in Memphis, TN.  That Sunday we began the day by attending her church.  They had altar call for all the mothers and we stood holding hands as a beautiful prayer was given to us.  When the prayer finished the woman standing in front of me turned around, hugged me and said, "Be encouraged."

Those two words deeply touched me.  I thought what a big gift she gave me.  I felt her power as she hugged me, then looked me straight in the eyes and said "Be Encouraged".

For me those two words were the directive for me to keep walking and moving with purpose. It was as though she was co-signing the dreams I had and was telling me to take my dreams and put them into action and DO.  I left the altar and took flight.  I am encouraged.  I am encouraged to share her message with anyone reading this so that you too can take that dream that is sitting on a shelf somewhere in your brain with a lot of cobwebs covering the dream.  Her message is instructing you to push the cobwebs aside.  Once they have been uncovered, BE ENCOURAGED to bring your dream to action.

Now take action and spread the word to others to Be Encouraged so they too can take flight.
