Hotel Accommodations and Retreat Site: Miracle Manor.
Only 9 rooms available:Two suites with king bed very spacious. Comfortable for two people.
Six rooms with queen bed. Comfortable for two people.
One room with twin beds. This can be shared, but the space is small.
If you want to share a room, please email kris at khaley5@mac.com and she
will do her best to find a person to share with you.All rooms have a mini fridge and a hot plate for making coffee/tea.
If you want to stay on-site, where the retreat is held, please register early.
Once The Miracle Manor is booked, retreat participants will be staying at
Hope Springs Resort and driving to Miracle Manor each day.
The distance between hotels is less than a mile.

Are meals included? Friday night dinner as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday will be provided. Participants will be responsible for dinner on Saturday night.
What if I’ve never done Melt before? How physical is the movement? The morning Melt sessions are gentle release techniques, using soft tools, like foam rollers and small balls. If you are able to get down on the ground and back up, you will be fine. You may opt out of any activity that doesn’t feel right for you.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat or foam roller? No, all equipment and yoga mats will be provided.
How do I book a massage? If you would like a massage please contact Miracle Manor Hotel to make the appointment.
Is there a pool and hot tub? Yes, the Miracle Manor has a pool and an adjacent hot tub. In addition, there are two large soaking tubs in a quiet area on the hotel grounds.
What time is check-out on Sunday? The hotel requires all guests to check out of their room by 11am. The hotel has a large changing room with lockers so guests may store their luggage during the rest of the retreat. Retreat participants may enjoy the hotel grounds, pool and hot tub through the end of day on Sunday.

On September 13th, the price will be 1,650.00, which will also include the 500.00 non-refundable deposit.
Term & Conditions
~ All 500.00 deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
~ Cancellations on, or before September 8th 2025 will be refunded anything paid over the 500.00 Deposit.
~ Cancellations on, or after September 9th 2025, will receive 75% of anything paid beyond the 500.00 deposit.
~ Cancellations on, or after October 10th 2025, will not receive a refund.
~ The Fall Oasis Retreat may offer reduced pricing or promotions at their discretion, with reduced pricing or promotions applicable only to new reservations.
Any confirmed retreat reservations with deposit and/or full payment
received by The Fall Oasis Retreat are not entitled to reduced pricing.
Cynthia Oredugba
Executive Mindset Coach for Women in Leadership
Cynthia Oredugba leads Missing Peace Coaching, helping clients achieve impact and change through her 3-part system: Vision, Strategy, and Action.
Her corporate background includes roles at William Morris Agency and owning The Robinson Company, a talent agency. She also led at The American Cancer Society. Recognizing her gift to guide others, she became a Certified Professional Coach at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and a story coach. As an International Coaching Federation member, she serves as an ambassador and host for teleseminars.
She is also an author, with her book “It’s Your Turn: Uncovering The Best You Now” inspiring workshops. Awards include Women’s Information Network Award of Excellence, NAACP Women of Achievement, Women of the City Club, and Los Angeles County’s Living Legends Award.
Kristen Haley
MELT Trainer, Somatic Educator, & Retreat Host
Kris Haley is a mind-body educator with over 25 years of experience helping individuals achieve personal transformation. She holds a master’s degree in Communication Studies and has taught Public Speaking at community colleges in the Los Angeles area since 2000. Kris earned her Pilates certification in 2005 and began teaching the Melt Method in 2013, where she is recognized as an advanced instructor.
After enduring chronic hip and lower back pain for 18 years, Kris dedicated herself to physical fitness and therapy training to learn how to rehabilitate and stabilize her body. During this process, she focused on understanding the body’s natural healing systems and how to restore vitality. This journey led her to feel empowered to overcome chronic pain and age gracefully, which became her passion.
Kris's mission is to share the tools that will help others discover their own empowerment, age-proof their bodies, and live active, pain-free lives.
